In the previous year Google has added the ability to YouTube that it can change its background colour from white to black on desktop and laptop users. Its good for running YouTube in night as there will be no problem on eyes. So, below is the Steps on enabling dark theme on YouTube app on ios.
Steps On How To Enable Dark Mode On YouTube

Go to the YouTube app
Tap on the account.
Then to the settings
Enable Dark Mode Toggle to on.
Similar steps are for Desktop and laptop users as above.
